Nature's Wrath

So I posted some pretty pictures of the ice, so now let's see some of the damage. I know that we have been lucky because just a half mile down the road, it looks worse than a tornado.

Ice Storm

Ok, time for me to join the bandwagon. These are a few of the pictures I took of the ice at my house. The damage is just unbelievable, but in the same breath the ice does make for some beautiful pictures.

Let's Roll...

Photobucket

We had a youth weekend at church called Disciple Now. It is a county wide youth worship retreat. Youth from all of the participating churches spend the weekend away from home and devote their time to becoming more mature in Christ. I had the joy of chaperoning on Saturday and I wish that I could have stayed Friday too. We had a blast! We took a fellowship outing to the Pinnacle so the kids could go bowling and I got this shot. I love it!

Having a Ball!

Photobucket

Over the weekend Jason and I traveled to his aunt and uncle's house to have one last Christmas dinner. I know right? There was a death in the family right around Christmas, so we had to postpone the festivities. All day long I kept looking at the window sill thinking these two jars would make a great picture. Of course, everyone else thought I was crazy and I was asked about a hundred times why I took a picture of the shelf. I thought it turned out pretty cool.
