Bailey Ann

So as most of you know, Jason and I rescued a lab mix puppy from our local animal shelter a few months ago. She is now almost 10 months old and she is absolutely adorable! She has become like one of the family. She loves to play, but she also loves to lay on the couch with her mama or in the chair with her daddy. She loves everybody which is evident by the "sugars" she gives to everyone who comes to the house. She is so great with kids too! Maggie even went so far as to try to steal her when they visited a couple of months ago. She did say that we could have one of their dogs, but Bailey was going home with her. We have even taken her to doggie day care a few times, something I made fun of my brother for doing. But I'm convinced its a great thing to do, just not all the time. Anytime we go out of town and she has to be boarded, we take her to daycare a couple of days that week so she can get acquainted. She gets so excited when she sees me take her bed out to the truck. She knows where she's going and sometimes I think she likes it better there than at home! Since Bailey is our only "child" right now, I'm sure there will be lots of pictures of her on here.

Family Photos by Taylor Alder

About three weeks ago a good friend of mine made the trip from Bowling Green to Dawson to take some family photos of me, Jason and Bailey. The pictures turned out great and we got to visit with some good friends. Taylor's husband, Brett, is a friend of mine and Jason's from high school. It was great to spend the weekend with them. Now we are all looking forward to a trip to the mountains around Christmas. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much I do!
